Latest in a series of industry honors for company and its Spectrum Construction Software

Dexter + Chaney has been named to Constructech Magazine’s “Constructech 50”—the latest in a series of construction-industry honors for the company and its Spectrum® Construction Software. The Constructech 50 is a listing of the 50 “most influential construction technology providers with a strong and ongoing market presence,” as chosen by the magazine’s editors.

Companies who made the list were judged on several criteria. Those include “having a strong product/service aimed at the construction industry, ongoing customer satisfaction and growth” and “outreach and educational efforts for the construction industry.” The complete listing appears in the July/August issue of Constructech, which describes itself as “the technology advocate for the construction industry, helping builders, contractors and corporate owners make educated decisions on software and systems.”

Constructech 50 is the most recent accolade for Dexter + Chaney and Spectrum. Spectrum won a silver in Roads & Bridges Magazine’s “Contractor’s Choice Awards” competition (July/August 2011 issue); Construction Equipment Magazine selected Spectrum™ Equipment Service System among its “Top 100 New Products of 2010.” Dexter + Chaney also regularly makes rankings for company size or growth, including Software Magazine’s “Software 500” listing of the world’s largest software and services providers.

“We view the Constructech 50—and other honors and rankings—as proof that we’re living up to our mantra to ‘help construction companies grow,’” explained John Chaney, Dexter + Chaney president and co-founder. “We continually stress that we work as close partners with our construction-company clients, who rely on Spectrum to help them manage and grow their businesses.”
